1 Tbsponion powder

1 Tbspgarlic powder

1 Tbsppaprika powder

1 Tbspcajun seasoning

1 Tbspsalt

3 sprigsrosemary

Instructions
Step 1
Cube the chicken and add with oil in bowl.
Step 2
Coat in the marinade seasoning mix.
Step 3
Heat up oil in a pan and add the coated chicken.
Step 4
Brown for ca 15 min than remove from the pan.
Step 5
Chopped up the bell peppers and the onion.
Step 6
Add onion, peppers and garlic to the old chicken pan.
Step 7
Boil the pasta
Step 8
Add tomatoe paste, milk, cooking cream and the other seasoning mix.
Step 9
Let it simmer and thick up than add parmesan.
Step 10
Wilt in the spinach and add the chicken.
Step 11
Drain the pasta and add to the sauce.
