Instructions
Step 1
In a pot, sauté sliced sausages until browned. Remove and set aside.
Step 2
Add onions and bell peppers to the pot and sauté until softened.
Step 3
Add lentils and chicken broth. Simmer for 20–25 minutes, or until lentils are tender.
Step 4
Stir in kale and sausage slices, then cook for 5 more minutes. Serve warm.
