Instructions

Step 1
Saute onion, garlic, carrots, & spices in a large pan/pot with olive oil for ~5 minutes
Step 2
Add remaining ingredients, stir, & simmer for ~15-20 minutes (once stew is thickened, mash some of the beans if necessary)
