2 tsponion powder

1 tsppepper

35mlsoy sauce

300gmixed veggies

2eggs

150gegg whites

30gspring onion

560grice

10mlsesame oil

1 tspcornstarch
mixed with

80mlwater
Honey garlic sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Cube up chicken and add seasonings and soy sauce, set aside
Step 2
Add mixed veggies, eggs, egg whites and spring onion to a pan on medium heat and cook through
Step 3
Add in rice and soy sauce, mix
Step 4
Cook for a bit to let flavors meld together, then add sesame oil and mix again
Step 5
Mix all sauce ingredients together
Step 6
In a separate pan cook the chicken
Step 7
When cooked through add in the sauce to pan
Step 8
Make cornstarch/water mixture and add to chicken to thicken the sauce
Step 9
Simmer on low, then mix with rice
