Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 180
Step 2
Cook the macaroni according to the pack instructions and drain.
Step 3
To make the cheesy béchamel sauce, add the butter to a saucepan and melt on a low heat, then add the flour. Stir to combine well.
Step 4
Next, add the milk, stock, miso, paprika and garlic granules. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring constantly to ensure no lumps form. Add 100g (1 cup) of the smoked cheese and stir well.
Step 5
Now add the peas and cabbage greens and stir to combine, then cook for 1-2 minutes. Add the drained pasta straight into the sauce and stir through.
Step 6
Preheat your air fryer 180°C (350°F) for 2 minutes.
Step 7
Transfer the mac cheese into the base of your air fryer or into a large baking tin that fits your air fryer and sprinkle over the remaining smoked cheese.
Step 8
Air fry for 10 minutes, until bubbling and crispy on top.
