cut into 3 inch
3star anise
1 ½ cuptomato sauce
or 3 tbsp of tomato paste
300mlcoconut water
6 cupsbeef broth
2 lbscarrots
French baguettes
1cinnamon stick
egg noodles
Instructions
Step 1
sear beef
Step 2
toast star anise, lemongrass, and cinnamon
Step 3
add back in the beef and tomato sauce. cook for a couple minutes
Step 4
add coconut water
Step 5
simmer for 2 hours
