Instructions
Step 1
To a bowl add warm milk, yeast and sugar and mix well and let rest for 5 minutes on the counter
Step 2
Add condensed milk, egg and salt and whisk again
Step 3
Add flour mix it will be dry and shaggy then add butter mix and knead by mixer or hand for 5 to 10 minutes until dough is nice and soft
Step 4
Place dough into a greased bowl for an hour in a warm spot
Step 5
Dump onto floured surface and divide into two , stretch out each half and roll into a log shape for a bread pan, place in pan cover and let it rest for 45 minutes
Step 6
Brush with egg wash and bake in a preheated oven at 350 for 20 minutes
