Instructions
Step 1
Cook the Vegetables: In a pot, bring chicken broth to a boil. Add mushrooms, carrots, tofu, and bamboo shoots. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Flavor the Soup: Add soy sauce, sugar, sriracha, white pepper, white vinegar, and sesame oil. Mix well and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Step 3
Thicken the Broth: Stir in the cornstarch slurry, stirring continuously until the soup thickens.
Step 4
Add the Eggs: Slowly drizzle in the beaten eggs while stirring to create silky ribbons.
Step 5
Serve: Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
