Instructions
Step 1
Cut a pocket in each chop by cutting from fat side almost to bone. Season bottom of pork chops. Stir corn in stuffing. Spoon stuffing into each pork chop. Secure pockets with wooden toothpicks. Place chops on an oiled rack in a shallow roasting pan. Season tops of pork chops. Place butter slices on each. Bake in a 375° oven for 40 to 50 minutes or till no pink remains. Remove wooden toothpicks.
