Instructions

Step 1
In a large skillet or wok, heat the sesame oil over medium-high heat.
Step 2
Add the sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from the pan and set aside.
Step 3
In the same pan, add the mixed vegetables and garlic. Stir-fry for about 3-5 minutes, or until the veggies are tender but still crisp.
Step 4
Return the chicken to the pan, add soy sauce, and toss everything together. Cook for another minute to heat through.
Step 5
Serve over cooked rice or noodles. Enjoy!
