2 lbbeef chuck
cut into 1 inch cubes
⅓ cupdry bread crumbs
1 tspsalt
⅛ tsppepper
1yellow onion
large, cut into eighths
3carrots
pared split lengthwise and cut into 4 inch strips
4celery stalks
cut into 1 inch pieces
1 tspleaf basil
⅓ cupquick cooking tapioca
1can sliced mushrooms
undrained
1 tspBouquet
2cans condensed tomato soup
1 cupbeef broth
Instructions
Step 1
1. Wipe beef cubes well.
Step 2
2. Combine bread crumbs, salt, pepper and toss with beef.
Step 3
3. Place coated beef cubes in crock pot and add remaining ingredients; stir well.
Step 4
4. Cover and cook on low for 10 to 12 hours, or high for 3 to 5 hours.
