Instructions

Step 1
Rinse soy beans in water then add to a large bowl and cover them over with 8 cups of water and let them soak overnight
Step 2
Strain and rinse off the beans then optionally you can rub the beans in between your hands and get the shells off for a smoother milk.
Step 3
Add the beans to a blender with 5 cups of water then blend on high for a minute or until smooth
Step 4
Strain the milk into a nutmilk sack then add the strained milk to a pot and bring to a boil on medium heat . Make sure to stir the whole time to stop the milk from burning then simmer on medium heat for 15 minutes
Step 5
Let the milk cool down then remove any skin that forms on top. Add any flavors or sweeteners you like then pour into a sterilized container and keep in the fridge for 7-10 days .
