Instructions

Step 1
Preheat even to 350 degrees. Grease 13x9 casserole with butter. Layer bottom of dish with bread in single layer, approximately six pieces. Top with half the sausage and half the cheese. Repeat another layer.
Step 2
In a large bowl, beat eight eggs. Add mustard, salt and milk. Stir well. Pour over the casserole, and be sure to get in the nooks and crannies. Bake for 30 mins, longer if bread is thick. Serve and enjoy.
