Instructions

Preheat oven to 350F (176C)

Grease bottom only of 1 loaf pan (9" x 5" x 3" or 23 x 13 x 8 cm)

Beat in bowl: sugar, butter, eggs, banana, butter milk, and vanilla
Step 4
Stir in rest of ingredients, folding in nuts and chocolate chips last

Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes
Step 6
Cool 5 minutes before removing from pan
Step 7
Cool completely before slicing
If using bundt:
Step 8
Cook at 350F (177C) for 40min
If using muffin tin:
Step 9
Cook at 350F (177C) for 20-25min
If using milk:
Step 10
Use quality of milk plus 1tsp lemon juice
