Instructions

Step 1
In your crockpot, mix together your salsa verde, green chili's, water, and diced onion.
Step 2
Season your meat and coat evenly with spices.
Step 3
Add meat to Slow cooker and ladle some of the salsa mixture over it to cover it.
Step 4
Cook on low 6-8 hours
Step 5
One meat is easily shredded by fork, shred all the meat. Allow to cook for 30 minutes.
Step 6
Serve over rice or with tortillas
