Instructions

Step 1
If you don't have cooked rice, begin by cooking your rice.

Then, separate 2-3 crab sticks with your fingers into smaller pieces.

Next, crack two eggs into a bowl, and season with salt. Whisk.

Heat up your pan on medium. Drizzle oil and add 1 Tbsp of minced garlic. Cook until golden brown.

Then pour in your egg mixture. Next, add the separated crab sticks on top.

Turn to low-medium heat and add 1/2 a Tbsp of oyster sauce. Here you can scrambled your eggs OR you can just mix in the oyster sauce with the egg mixture on top while not ruining the base of the egg.

Cover with lid or foil paper for 1-2 minutes until the top of your egg is cooked.

Place cooked rice in a large bowl and place the finished crab & egg on top.
