Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375 F. Blend eggs, cheddar cheese and cottage cheese together until smooth. Fold in all the other ingredients. Spray a 12 piece muffin pan with non stick spray. Pour egg mixture into the muffin pan splitting the mixture up equally. Cook for 25 mins or until set. Yields 2 egg bites per person depending on hunger. 😃
