High Protein Spinach Artichoke Pizza

Instructions

Step 1
In a food processor, blend together cottage cheese, yogurt, ricotta, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Step 2
Add blended cheese mixture to a large bowl, and stir in chopped spinach, artichokes, and some of the mozzarella and parm.
Step 3
Once combined, add mixture evenly to flatbread or pizza crust and top with more spinach, artichokes and cheese.
Step 4
Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Broil for the final 2 minutes to brown the cheese on top. Slice and enjoy!
