Step 1
In a blender combine kale, apple, yogurt, banana, milk or water and Chia seeds
Step 2
Blend on high for 2-3 minutes or until smooth
Step 3
If you are using ice cubes add them to the blender and blend until smoothie is chilled and frothy

Pour into glasses and enjoy
