Strawberry Protein Breakfast Smoothie Shake - No Sugar or Protein Powder Added
Strawberries are in season, what’s better than relishing them first thing in the morning.
What’s in the recipe ? I was not sure how to name it as Strawberry Frappe or Strawberry Shake .. You Checkout the step by step recipe and name it as you want and Enjoy.
Ingredients
2 cups Strawberries chopped (around 10-15)
2 Dates Soaked in Milk
1 Tsp Vanilla Essence
1 Cup Milk / Almond Milk (preferably)
1 Tbsp Garanola
2 Tsp Soaked Chia Seeds
Recipe:
1. Chop strawberries and half of them add to a blender along with soaked dates, vanilla essence and milk and blend.
2. In a glass assemble the smoothie with strawberries and chia at the bottom, cover with blended shake then some chia , granola and strawberries on top. 3123
3. Enjoy the nutty and sweet smoothie rich in fiber and protein.
