Ingredients

500gbeef
cut into strips

¼ tsppepper

¼ tspsalt

1 tspbrown sugar

2 Tbspsoy sauce

½ Tbspbalsamic vinegar

½ tspsmoked paprika

0.25black pepper
1 Tbspchill flakes
1 tspchicken beef stock powder

0.25salt

2 clovesgarlic

0.5ginger

1.5corn starch

2bell peppers

2onions
large, medium cut

2 tspbicarb soda
6pea strips

½ Tbspchilli powder

1 cupwater
Instructions
Step 1
Marinate the beef in bicarb soda and leave to marinate for 20min. After 20 wash the beef with water and drain the water.


Step 2
Marinate the beef in salt and pepper. Leave in fridge for atleast 10minutes




Step 3
While waiting to marinate, 1 cup water in bowl and mix the brown sugar, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, smoked paprika, black pepper, chill flakes, chicken beef stock powder, salt, garlic and ginger. Omit the salt if the stock is salted

Step 4
Brown the meat for 8minutes
Step 5
Take meat out and cook the onions and bell peppers for about 7 minutes


Step 6
Add the mixture and mix it in and give it a stir for 5-8 minutes on low
Step 7
Add 4 long pre cut peas or can substitute with broccoli too
