Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Mix together the peanut butter, egg, honey and vanilla extract

Stir until smooth
Step 4
Add dry ingredients to the mixture and blend together. Mix until a dough forms.
Step 5
Fold in the chocolate chips
Step 6
Using a tablespoon, make balls and spread them apart. (Made approximately 19)
Step 7
Bake 8-11 minutes until edges are stout k. Cookies will appear underbaked
Step 8
Cook five minutes on pan then cool on wire rack until completely cooled
