My batter comes out quite thick, so I need to flatten the cookies with a spoon, they don’t spread out as mentioned in original recipe.

Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl, mix all ingredients until combined.
Step 2
Using a small cookie scoop (or whatever size you desire), scoop cookies onto a parchemnt lined baking tray. Flatten slightly with a spoon. Leave about 5cm between each cookie incase they spread and flatten.
Step 3
Bake at 180°C for 12-15 minutes.
Step 4
Lets cookies cool on a cooling rack. Enjoy!
