Step 1
Prepare the dates in a power chopper. High Power.
Step 2
Mash your banana and put aside.
Step 3
Using a good mixing bowl, dump in your oats
Step 4
Add the Cinnamon, salt, baking powder, protein powder, collagen peptides
Step 5
Mix these up well
Step 6
Add the Maca powder and Inulin powder to the blend and stir it all to thoroughly mix the ingredients. Put this aside.
Step 7
Dump the mashed banana into a separate bowl.
Step 8
Scoop out your peanut butter and plop it on the banana
Step 9
Drizzle your vanilla extract around the blend

Add the yogurt and Almond milk

Add the maple syrup, honey and molasses

When well blended dump the bowl of dry ingredients into the banana mush blend and thoroughly mix it all well.
Step 13
Remember the Dates? Time to drop them into this mix and again blend thoroughly.
Step 14
Now you can either cook this in one big form to cut up later or use any of several molds available for making your bars. I prefer the molds.
Step 15
Place onto middle rack, and cook for 30 minutes at 350.
Step 16
Let the bars cool, then cut and eat!
