Instructions

Step 1
Mix oats and oat bran in a large mixing bowl.
Step 2
Stir brown sugar, vegetable oil, honey, and vanilla in a bowl until blended. Pour brown sugar mixture into oat mixture and stir evenly.
Step 3
Bake in a preheated over, stirring every 15 minutes for three cycles. Before returning to the oven for the last 15 minutes of baking, stir in dates, pecans, pumpkin seeds, and coconut.
