Instructions

Step 1
Cook the noodles
Step 2
Grind peanuts and mix with coconut milk
Step 3
Heat up lard. Add garlic, lemongrass, spring onion and ginger

Add ketjap manis, soy sauce, and the coconut milk-peanut mixture
Step 5
Add the water and stock cube. Bring to boil
Step 6
Add sweet potato. Boil for 6 min
Step 7
Add paksoi. Boil for 2 more min. Add more water if needed
Step 8
Squeeze the lime and add the juice
Step 9
Try to remove lemongrass before serving. Mix in the noodles. Can be served with chopped chilis
