Instructions

Step 1
Sauté aromatics in MCT oil until fragrant. Add rice, stir dry for a minute. Add water. Let water come to a rapid/rolling boil. Turn down to LOWEST setting, cover and let "steam" for 45 minutes - set a timer. (Brown rice takes longer). Let sit COVERED until ready to serve. Fluff and serve as a bed for stir fry veggies and choice of protein.
