Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Step 2
Toss vegetables and chickpeas with olive oil, rosemary, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
Step 3
Spread mixture in a baking dish, top with marinara sauce, and roast for 35-40 minutes until vegetables are tender
Step 4
Remove the roasted vegetables and chickpeas from the oven and transfer them to a large mixing bowl.
Step 5
Stir in the cooked venison and mix well to combine.
Step 6
If using marinara sauce, drizzle it over the top and stir lightly to coat.
