Chicken and Veg Pie

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°c
Step 2
In a pan heat the butter
Step 3
Once butter has melted add the onion and garlic
Step 4
When the onion is soft, add in the chicken, and the seasoning
Step 5
Once the chicken has cooked, add the flour, the mixture will look thick, and gluppy. Cook the flour for 5 minutes to get rid of the raw taste
Step 6
Add in the milk, if you want the mixture to be a looser consistency add water.
Step 7
Add in the mixed vegetables.
Step 8
Once the mixture is cool, add the filling toast baking dish and cover with puff pasty sheet, brush with egg wash
Step 9
Cook in the oven for 35-40mins, or until golden brown.
