White Bean Blue Cheese Dressing
1 step
Prep:5min
This healthy blue cheese dressing uses cannellini beans as a base instead of mayo or sour cream. The beans provide protein and fiber, and avoid all the unnecessary, unhealthy fats from the mayonnaise and sour cream. Think of this as a blue cheese hummus. All the funk, without the junk! Each serving size is 2 tbsp (30 g)
