This honey-sesame chicken and broccoli bowl is a quick, dairy-free option for those nights when you’re short on time but want to skip the takeout.
Not only is this meal easy to make, it’s is also packed with protein, fiber, vitamins, and more, thanks to the broccoli, chicken, and carrots.

Instructions
Step 1
Remove stems from broccoli and finely chop florets into small pieces. Shred cooked rotisserie chicken into bite-sized pieces.
Step 2
In a small bowl, whisk together tamari, honey, olive oil, rice vinegar, garlic powder, ground ginger and a pinch of salt.
Step 3
Add red onion, cilantro, jalapeno pepper, salt and 2 tbsp lime juice to the bowl. Stir to combine and adjust seasoning to taste.
Step 4
In a large bowl, combine broccoli, rotisserie chicken, dried cranberries, carrot and sesame seeds. Drizzle with dressing and toss to coat. (Can be made 1 day ahead and stored in an air-tight container in the fridge.)
