Instructions
Step 1
Oil pot and put on medium high heat then drop in your andouille sausage to start browning it down, once browned pull and put to the side.
Step 2
Drop in your chicken and season it with cajun seasoning and trinity powder blend. Cook chicken until it turns light brown and not raw anymore. Once done pull the chicken and put it with your andouille off to the side.
Step 3
Drop in a little butter and stock in ya pot then put in your garlic, onion,bell pepper, and celery in to cook down.
Step 4
Add meat back in the pot then add your spaghetti sauce, tomato sauce, and tomato paste to the pot with the chicken stock. Next add the Cajun power garlic sauce and season to taste.
Step 5
In another pot cook your eggs for 10mins in boiling water then peel and put to the side.
Step 6
Cook your noodles in another pot as well until tender.
Step 7
Serve it up with ya noddle and top with parmesan cheese
