Instructions

Step 1
Heat oven 220C
Step 2
Chop potatoes and parsley root. Mix in a bowl with oil, paprika, pepper and salt (to taste). Add to baking paper to tray and place potatoes and parsley root in. Bake for 25 min
Step 3
Rinse the chickpeas and roast in a dry pan for 15 min
Step 4
Grate the cheese. Chop spring onion. You can add chopped chili. Mix with garlic, yogurt, mayo, lemon juice and make a sauce
Step 5
Chop the red onion and mix in a separate bowl with the vinegar and sugar.
Step 6
When the chickpeas are roasted, mix with the shaorma spices.
Step 7
Add chickpeas on top of potatoes, serve with onions and yogurt sauce
