Instructions

Step 1
Heat oil and garlic together in an large skillet over medium high heat, stirring occasionally until the oil is hot and the garlic is softened. Add the shrimp and season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring often until the shrimp turns opaque.
Step 2
Add lemon juice and parsley and stir well.
Step 3
Serve hot! Probably with rice and vegetables.
