Instructions
Step 1
Boil (or steam) tomatilo and jalapeños till fork tender.
Step 2
If smoking, cold smoke peppers and tomatilo (and fresh tomatoes if using some of them)
Step 3
Combine all ingredients and blend together to desired consistency
Step 4
If canning, add to jars to water bath for 15 minutes. Let sit to cool.
