Instructions

Step 1
In a large bowl, combine the canned tuna, eggs, chopped green onion, diced onion, minced garlic, diced bell pepper, sesame oil, japanese mayo, all-purpose flour, salt and black pepper. Mix well to combine.
Step 2
In a large frying pan over medium heat, fry for several minutes on each side or until the outside has a browned, crunchy texture.
Step 3
The best way to serve this is with some cooked rice in a small bowl or by itself.
