Instructions

Step 1
In a bowl, stir the reduced sodium soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, grated ginger, and minced garlic.
Step 2
Add the cooked shrimp to the marinade and toss to coat. Marinate for 15 minutes or more.
Step 3
Meanwhile, slice the cabbage into thin strips, Julian or great the carrots, and slice The Green Onion in avocado. Arrange vegetables in a bowl on top of the rice.
Step 4
Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the marinated shrimp and marinade. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes until the shrimp is heated through.

Drizzle any remaining marinade over the dish.
