Step 1
1. Sprinkle yeast onto warm water in bowl with 1 Tbsp sugar. Let sit until foamy (about 10 min) 2. Mix rest of ingredients in separate bowl. Once yeast is foamy and activated, combine bowls and mix. 3. Turn dough out onto clean, floured countertop and knead until smooth, about 5-10 minutes. 4. Once smooth, put into oiled bowl. Roll dough in oiled bowl so dough is coated in oil. Cover bowl in plastic wrap and set on countertop until it doubles in size (about 1.5 hours). 5. After dough has doubled in size, divide dough in half and roll out into pizza shape. 6. Put toppings on, no need to pre-bake, and bake at 450* for 15-20 minutes. 7. If baking from frozen, simply defrost dough before and then follow steps above. Defrost on countertop for a few hours or in fridge overnight
