1 cupCabbage

¼ cupOnion
thinly sliced

¼ cupCarrot

1 Tginger
minced

1 Tgarlic
minced

½ cupBean Sprouts

2Scallion
1 inch slices
For the Beef Marinade

8 ozflank steak
or skirt steak, thinly sliced across the grain

¼ tbaking soda

¼ tcornstarch

¼ tspsugar

salt

¼ tspsoy sauce

15mlShaoxing wine

½ tneutral oil

Instructions
Marinade the Meat
Step 1
Rinse the beef under cold running water for 1 min & drain well

Step 2
Massage the baking soda into the meat for 1 meat & then the other marinade ingredients for 15 mins or overnight







For the Sauce
Step 3
Mix all the dry ingredients. Stir in chicken stock & whisk until all the dry ingredients are dissolved.




Step 4
Add all the wet ingredients & set aside





For the rest of the meal

Prepare the noodles according to the instructions
Step 6
Heat a wok pan over medium-high heat. Add oil & heat until shimmering.

Step 7
Add cabbage, onion, carrot and saute for 1 min. Set aside.



Step 8
Add more oil to the pan & add the beef to the pan. Cook until nicely browned and set aside.


Step 9
Add oil, ginger, and garlic. Saute for 10-20 seconds.



Step 10
Add noodles, toss together & mix until noodles are pliable





Step 11
Add vegetables & beef until thoroughly mixed





Step 12
Add sauce and stir with entire mixture vigerously to prevent clumping
Step 13
Garnish with green onions & been sprouts. Enjoy!
