Trader Joe’s has an excellent “holiday hash“ that they offer, you guessed it, around the winter holidays. Highly recommend using that if you don’t wanna chop up a bunch of vegetables!

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Pre-cook/sauté all ingredients except egg, half and half, and goat cheese

Whisk egg and half and half
Step 4
Combine ingredients into a buttered pie dish then add crumbled goat cheese. Cook for 40-50 minutes or until eggs are done.
