Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Step 2
Cook shells according to package directions. Drain but do not rinse.
Step 3
Heat a medium skillet over medium-high. Add oil and garlic. Once garlic is fragrant (about 30 seconds) add turkey and cook thoroughly, stirring often.
Step 4
In a large bowl, combine ricotta cheese, 1 bag mozzarella, cooked turkey, salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
Step 5
Coat bottom of 13" x 9" pan with marinara.
Step 6
Fill shells with turkey and cheese mixture and line up in pan.
Step 7
Pour remaining sauce over shells, then cover with second bag of mozzarella cheese.
Step 8
Cover pan with aluminium foil and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
