Instructions

Step 1
chop up pork shoulder into bite sized pieces. into a bowl add chopped up pork, soya sauce, seasonings and pepper, mix well. set aside.
Step 2
chop up veggies, of your choice, onions, bell peppers, carrots, celery etc, set aside.
Step 3
make sauce in a separate bowl, set aside.
Step 4
add 1 egg, flour and corn starch to the pork pieces, make sure all of it is coated really well.
Step 5
heat oil in a pan, fry up pork pieces (don't overcrowd the pan), remove once they are golden brown and crispy. If you want to have extra crunch, do a double fry.
Step 6
In a seperate pan, greased with oil, fry up garlic, and veggies saute for a few minutes
Step 7
add sauce and the pork and mix well making sure everything is coated well
Step 8
