Ingredients: Taco Meat: 3 lbs ground beef or turkey 2 packets taco seasoning Potatoes: 1 bag tater tots (or potato squares) Cheese & Dairy: 1 lb Mexican cheese blend 8 oz mild cheddar cheese, shredded 8 oz cream cheese, softened ½ stick butter, melted Sauce: 16 oz sour cream 1 tsp taco seasoning 1 tsp ranch powder Other: 10 flour tortillas Nonstick cooking spray --- Instructions: 1. Bake the Tater Tots Preheat your oven to 425°F. Spread tater tots on a baking sheet and bake according to package instructions (about 20 minutes).

2. Cook the Taco Meat While the tater tots bake, brown the ground beef or turkey in a skillet over medium heat. Drain any excess grease and stir in taco seasoning. Set aside.

3. Prepare the Sauce In a small bowl, mix together sour cream, taco seasoning, and ranch powder. Set aside for dipping.

4. Assemble the Burritos Spray a 9x12-inch deep baking dish with nonstick spray. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly across the bottom of the dish. Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface. Spread 1-2 tbsp cream cheese on each tortilla. Add Mexican cheese, cooked taco meat, and a handful of baked tater tots. Roll the tortillas tightly into burritos and place them seam-side down in the baking dish.

5. Bake the Burritos Brush the tops of the burritos with melted butter and sprinkle more Mexican cheese on top. Loosely tent the baking dish with aluminum foil (do not seal). Bake for 10 minutes. .

6. Broil for a Crispy Finish Remove the foil and broil the burritos for about 1 minute, watching closely to prevent burning.

7. Serve & Enjoy! Let the burritos cool for a few minutes, then serve with the prepared sauce for dipping
