Instructions

Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350 2. If using pizza dough, roll out and cut into muffin tin size squares. If using biscuits, flatten and place in muffin tin 3. Sauté zucchini with preferred seasoning until tender 4. Add a spoonful of pasta sauce and some zucchini to each lined muffin cup 5. Top with mozzarella and brush with olive oil 6. Bake until brown and cheese is bubbly 7. Serve with pasta chips and/or salad
