Ingredients
25 servings

2 lbslean ground hamburger meat

2 lbsbreakfast sausage
1 lblean chili meat

1 boxchili mix
do not use matsa flour, do not use red pepper or red pepper to taste

1 x 12 ozcan tomato paste

15 oztomato sauce

1jalapeño
large, do not cut up

0.5white onion
medium

2garlic cloves
finely chopped or to taste

1 ½ teaspoonssalt

1 teaspoonblack pepper
finely ground

2 tablespoonschili powder

1 teaspoonground cumin

4 cupsbeef stock
Instructions
Step 1
Brown all meat together, once almost brown - add in chopped onion. Once brown, drain all juices.
Step 2
Add beef stock, tomato paste, tomato sauce, 2 cups hot water and all seasonings
Step 3
Once all blended, remove stem from jalapeño and put on top of chili.
Step 4
Cook for 30 minutes, taste and add any additional seasons needed for your taste buds. Always remember at this point it should taste a little strong until the meat absorbs all those wonderful flavors.
Step 5
Keep cooking for 30 more minutes and eat or like I do, let rest with no heat for another 30 minutes
