Instructions
Step 1
In the instant pot, saute’ your beef and add in you onions until beef is no longer pink and onions are tender.
Step 2
Add in pasta, diced tomatoes, corn, green chiles, taco seasoning and water. Stir to combine.
Step 3
Seal and cook on pressure cook for 6 minutes.
Step 4
Once complete, turn to a quick release. Remove lid and stir.
Step 5
Add in your cheese and salt and pepper and stir until melted. Serve and enjoy!
