Chopped Cheese
Chopped cheese on a grinder roll. Juicy, seasoned ground beef is mixed with sautéed onions and cheese. All of this goodness is nestled in a soft, fluffy grinder roll with fresh veggies and a homemade sauce.

Ingredients

3 tablespoonsolive oil
1onion
large, diced
1 poundground beef
1 tablespoonadobo seasoning
1 teaspoonblack pepper
1 tablespoongarlic powder
1 packetsazón
5slices american cheese
5slices provolone cheese
5rolls

Instructions
Step 1
1. Put a pan on medium-high heat, add in olive oil and onions and sauté for 5 minutes until lightly golden. Push the onions to one side, Add in the ground beef, smash it down a bit. Season with the seasonings listed, when the beef has a nice sear, flip and start chopping with a spatula. Break apart the beef (The beef should take about 10 minutes to cook) then fold through the onions.

2. Add the sliced cheese over the beef and let melt for a minute. Once melted give everything a good mix.

3. Make the sauce by mixing all the ingredients together.
Step 4
4. Assemble the sandwich’s— Spread a generous amount of the sauce on each roll. Then the sliced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, then divide the meat/cheese mixture among the rolls. Slice in half and enjoy!
