Adapted from mum. Sweet crunchy salad. Keeps well in sealed container in the fridge for a few days. For nuts and seeds, recommend to just buy a salad topping packet. Walnuts and cranberries works well.

Chop cabbage thinly. Discard thick white parts.

Slice green parts of spring onions at angle. Discard or plant white parts.
Step 3
Mix together dressing.

Serving

Step 4
Combine cabbage, spring onions, nuts and seeds, and seasoning just before serving.
