Instructions

Step 1
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions

Place a large skillet over medium high heat. Add the beef and cook until no longer pink. Strain off any fat.

Add onion. Cook for 3 minutes, until softened.

Add the garlic and Italian seasoning and cook for 30 seconds.

Sprinkle the flour over the beef mixture, and stir it in. Cook for 1 minute.

Slowly stir in the beef broth and tomato sauce.
Step 7
When the mixture start to bubble, reduce the heat to medium low and cook for 6-8 minutes.
Step 8
Add the heavy cream and cook for 1 minute.
Step 9
Mix the cooked pasta into the skillet. Top with cheese and serve.
