Stir Fry Ingredients
1onion
medium, red or white
5 stalksscallions
2cloves garlic
0.5red bell pepper
0.5green bell pepper
4dried chili pepper

2 TbspOyster Sauce
2 TbspLow Sodium Soy Sauce
1 tspDark Soy Sauce
1 tspchili sauce
½ Tbspbrown sugar

Instructions
Step 1
Cut the beef into thin slices across the grain

Put the beef in a medium-sized bowl. Use cold water to rinse the red myoglobin from the beef

Marinate beef

Cut vegetables

Make sauce
Step 6
Prepare beef for stir fry (add oil (1 tbsp) to the beef and mix it in.
Step 7
Add cornstarch (1.5 tbsp) to the beef as well and give it another mix.

Stir fry beef

Stir fry veggies
Step 10
Add the beef back in and stir fry for about 20 seconds.
Step 11
Add the sauce and the green parts of the green onion. Stir fry for 30 seconds more, then turn off the heat.
Step 12
Finish by drizzling sesame oil (1 tbsp) over the top and mix to distribute.
